2 Year Old Shoots Self with Gun in Seattle Motel

A two year old boy accidentally shot himself in the face with his mothers boyfriends gun while they were sleeping in a Seattle motel. Luckily, the boy had emergency surgery and will likely survive his injuries according to news reports. The mother and her boyfriend originally brought the boy to the hospital saying he was injured at the motel. After an investigation police found the boy had shot himself while the couple was sleeping.

The boyfriend who owned the gun is named Francois Cunningham (56) and is being held on $150,000 bail on charges of unlawful possession of a firearm.
