AC/DC singer Brian Johnson has canceled a planned solo tour in support of his recently released book ‘Rockers And Rollers: A Full-Throttle Memoir.’

Johnson was set to recount stories from the book and sing songs with backup from two members of Skid Row — bassist Rachel Bolan and guitarist Scotti Hill.

The trek was set to kick off on February, but that is the same month Johnson will undergo the surgery.

In the meantime, Johnson is still scheduled to compete in the Rolex 24 car race at Daytona in late January. There is no word yet as to whether his wrist injury will affect his participation.

In conjunction with the race, Johnson is launching the ‘Highway to Help’ text campaign in an effort to raise $1 million for families affected by pediatric cancer.
