I was reading the other day about Arthur T. Demoulas, a CEO so popular that when his board ousted him, his employees went on strike. Apparently, the Market Basket (a grocery store chain) leader had raised worker salaries as the company's profits increased. That was unpopular with the board. Not long after I read about, and was again inspired by, another beloved CEO. Watch what I mean:

It makes you wonder what he did during those 11 years to inspire this. This video makes me want to know more about his leadership style and what tough decisions he had to make.
