What heartbreak: Terri Francisco-Farrell of Burbank recently learned she'll finally be able to bury her brother lost since 1968.

He was a pilot in the Vietnam War and was shot down. It is believed that while he was held prisoner the village was bombed by allied forces and his hut was hit. Since there were a lot of dead people to be buried, Major San Francisco (not a joke) ended up in mass grave. He graduated from Kennewick High School in 1962.

After the war numerous investigations concluded he was probably buried next to a tree and eventually the right people arrived to locate the bones, do a DNA test, and get permission to retrieve them. It was a long project but it's finally done.
