Starting this Friday, all fires are banned on Washington State Fish and Wildlife land because of a new emergency rule. All fires (including fires in rings), all outdoor smoking, and fireworks are prohibited according to news reports. Smoking is only allowed inside an enclosed vehicle, not outside at all. Also driving on non-developed roads or using a chainsaw is also not allowed.

However, personal propane or liquid petroleum gas lanterns or stoves are allowed.
