Car Prowlers Arrested In Kennewick Best Buy Parking Lot

Thanks to the watchful eyes of store employees and citizens, two men are in jail.

Kennewick police were called to the Best Buy parking lot shortly after 12  noon Tuesday, on reports of two men allegedly breaking into cars.

Police arrested 25-year-old Isaac M. Francis of Wenatchee, and 20-year-old Andres J. Garcia of Pasco. The men reportedly accessed at least one vehicle, and it's being held for investigative purposes.

Garcia is not only facing car prowl and drug charges, but also false reporting because he lied to officers about his identity.

The investigation continues.
