You don't need a degree to know you should stand by your team.

In this video, a fifth-grade Los Angeles Dodgers fan speaking at his graduation opens up about the pain he felt when the San Francisco Giants won the World Series. Apparently, Casey is the lone Dodgers fan in the school and watching his team's arch-rivals become world champions was more painful than the thought of a pop quiz.

To his credit, Casey seems to have a good sense of humor about the whole thing, especially when he talks about his classmates taunting him after the Giants win.

Casey closes by saying he'll remain a loyal fan and getting a rousing round of applause when he says, "Go Dodgers."

Unfortunately, Casey hasn't had much to root for this year -- the Dodgers are currently mired in last place.
