The Walla Walla County Sheriff's office is working with Whitman College officials to investigate a spree of reported date-rape drugs being given to female college students over the last two weeks.

According to the Seattle Times, and other sources, including Northwest Cable News, at least ten women officially reported symptoms were felt after attending several parties, and these physical ailments were consistent with date-rape drugs.

The school says they've contacted parents of female students, warning them these druggings may have occurred with their students, even if they didn't report any ailments.

However, according to multiple sources, no sexual assaults or other such incidents were reported to be have been linked to the druggings, and no specific incidents have been reported during the time these druggings were said to have taken place. The investigation continues.

Officials say if they do find evidence that anyone was drugging females, criminal charges will be filed.
