Andrew KirkNorthbound lanes on the Blue Bridge are closed this morning for repairs and will be through early Nov. 5. Traffic is being directed onto Columbia Drive and then the Cable Bridge. That means in the mornings Columbia Drive and Gum Street are PACKED with cars and semi-trucks trying to get to Pasco. If you can avoid it, AVOID IT! People in west Kennewick and all Richland residents are advised to take 182 to Pasco. Here are more pics from this morning:
