Every Park in America Should Have a Sucking Garbage Goat

This is THE MOST genius thing I've ever seen. It's a goat statue at Riverfront Park in Spokane with a vacuum hose in the mouth. There's a button behind it on the rock. Push the button, and the hose turns on so you can feed the goat garbage! That means kids run around the park picking up garbage so they can feed it to the goat! Why don't we have a sucking garbage goat in EVERY park in the world?!
