Five Finger Death Punch are moving closer to completing their next album. In a new Facebook posting, the band reveals that they've finished recording the effort and are now in the mixing process.

Guitarist Zoltan Bathory was behind the band's latest Facebook posting, which teases, "New record is in the mixing stage. LOVE how this is turning out! Also we got some unexpected special guests -- you guys going to love this!" A photo with Bathory, Ivan Moody and Jeremy Spencer hanging out in the studio tied to Bathory's posting is also seen above.

Just last month at the Mayhem Festival press conference, frontman Ivan Moody suggested that the group was "halfway" through the making of their album, which means they've been making some serious progress in recent weeks. The vocalist also stated that they were not rushing to meet a deadline, but it definitely appears as though everything is mapping out for the band to have their still-untitled follow-up to 'American Capitalist' out at some point within the Mayhem Festival run this summer. There had been talk of a tentative June release with a single preceding it in May.

Though the band was only midway through recording at the time of the Mayhem event, they did debut a trailer for the run shortly after that featured their first snippet of new music -- a song called 'Here to Die.'

Five Finger Death Punch will co-headline the Mayhem Festival this summer with Rob Zombie. The trek launches June 29 in San Bernardino, Calif.
