Freezing Rain and Snow In Immediate Forecast for Mid Columbia

A winter storm watch is in effect starting tonight through Thursday for the Mid Columbia and the Tri-Cities area. Snow and ice are expected tonight with freezing rain in the afternoon. The temperatures will be in the lower 30's to the upper 20's until Thursday night when it is supposed to warm up and turn to rain.
