Gene Simmons and Shannon Tweed Send Out Invitations for October 1 Wedding

Gene Simmons proposed to his long time girlfriend, actress Shannon Tweed, in the last episode of last season’s ‘Gene Simmons Family Jewels.’

But viewers of the reality show won’t have to wait until next season, which premieres October 4, to see if Tweed said yes, ending their 28 years of being “happily unmarried.” Multiple news organization have gotten their hands on an invitation to the Simmons/Tweed wedding, which will take place on October 1 at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

The invite comes from the couple’s kids, Sophie and Nicholas, who ask “classy cocktail attire” be worn, while acknowledging “we know some Rockster attire will be worn.” Check out Simmons’s dramatic proposal, below.
