Today is Bob Daisley's 65th birthday. He is an amazing bassist, singer, songwriter and an author. Some of his best stuff has been with some of the best. Black Sabbath, Rainbow, Ozzy Osbourne, Gary Moore and Uriah Heep but, there is more. People started taking notice to Bob Daisely when he was in the 1972 band 'Chicken Shack'.  In 1975 he joined one of my favorites, Richie Blackmore's 'Rainbow'.

Check him out on wiki and Happy Birthday to Bob Daisley!
