Help KPD Find Driver of This Car Found Abandoned

Kennewick police is asking for help locating the driver of this white Cadillac that was involved in a high speed pursuit that almost caused multiple crashes. Police are now trying to find the male driver and female passenger that were involved. During the pursuit, the police eventually stopped chasing because of public safety was in danger.
