I just wanted to send you a quick thank you note for all of your great help over the last year I have been your customer. I appreciate your patience and the time you spend explaining all my questions on insurance matters for both my house and vehicles. I truly feel that you are actually working for me because of your great customer service! I was also thrilled and comforted last week when you left a message on my voice mail letting me know your agency was aware of the predicted windstorm that was going to hit our area. The message was so appreciated because it gave me a sense of calm when it said you were aware of the storm, gave your phone number and an assurance that you and Pemco would be available all through the night to take any calls if we had damage because of the storm. Then the message wished us a safe passage through the storm! What a wonderful thing to do! I cannot tell you how many people I told about your call the next day. Luckily I did not have any damage but the call meant so much to me.
