The 47-year-old man is in the Benton County jail after causing quite a ruckus Sunday night.

Around 9:15pm, police received a 911 call from a Patricia Ramos, and responded to 3636 West 4th Place. She told police her ex-husband was trying to get in to her home by breaking out the bathroom window, but police arrived before he could get inside.

He was seen fleeing the scene, but was quickly caught by officers. The suspect, Randy Joe Ramos, was also nailed for driving on a suspended license, a misdemeanor warrant, and was cited for Destruction of Property for demolishing the window and surrounding ledge and siding.

Officials are continuing the investigation because a search of his vehicle found what appeared to be narcotics. He could face additional charges.
