Man Arrested for DUI While Having Sex and Causing an Accident at the Same Time

It's bad enough to be busted for a DUI, but how about adding having sex while driving, and running from the police to your arrest record. That's what Luis Briones is dealing with today after being arrested Monday night.

According the the Albuquerque Journal Briones had ran a red light and struck another vehicle head on before trying to leave the scene of the accident when a witness grabbed the keys from him. Briones and his passenger were seen having sex while driving at a high rate of speed before the accident happened. Briones was clearly intoxicated at the scene and police officers found a partially full bottle of vodka in the car as well.
