Sightings of Sasquatch are often met with skepticism, but this one was deadly.

A mentally disturbed man was found guilty Friday in Superior Court in Washington County, Oregon, for an October 2013 assault.

Linus Norgren, who was 20 at the time,  was accused of stripping himself naked, running around in a remote area of Oregon forest, and believing he was "Bigfoot."

But the humor stopped when he assaulted hunter Jeff McDonald, hit him with a rock knocking him unconscious. While McDonald was incapacitated, Norgren dislocated both McDonald's arms. Norgren reportedly told his attorney, "Sasquatch kills the hunter."

According to court reports, Norgren suffers from a severe bi-polar disorder. He was found guilty of 2nd degree assault, the terms of his jail time were not disclosed.
