Man Tasered 3 Times – Still Fights Cops

In the middle of what appears to be a sandwich shop, a man is being apprehended by police. But, he fights back. Usually not a good idea, but I guess this guy doesn't feel tasers. He gets zapped three times, and still fights back.. Then runs.
