In Suicide Squad, Harley Quinn was one shining spot in David Ayer’s introduction to the grimy super-villain collective. Margot Robbie’s natural charisma elevated the character beyond Joker’s occasional girlfriend and sidekick (and emotional punching bag), and she really zeroed in on the aspects of her personality that have made Harley Quinn such a fan-favorite. It’s no surprise that Warner Bros. is already plotting a pair of spinoffs for the character, but according to Robbie, there’s a third Harley project in the works, too.

Speaking with MTV News to promote I, Tonya, Robbie revealed that she’s plotting another Harley Quinn spinoff — separate from the Joker and Harley movie and Gotham City Sirens:

I’ve been working on it for two years now. It’s hard to kind of talk about it because all this stuff is under lock and key, but no I’ve been working on a separate spinoff Harley thing for a while now… [Not Sirens], it’s a totally separate one. Yeah, there’s a lot going on right now and I honestly don’t think anyone knows what’s gonna be the next thing to happen, but I think everyone’s keen to get Harley back on screen so everyone’s working on different versions of what that could be.

Like Sirens, Robbie says the third Harley movie would also see the charming criminal teaming up with other women. Not long after Suicide Squad hit theaters, WB lined up Gotham City Sirens, which would see Harley joined by other DC female villains like Catwoman and Poison Ivy. David Ayer will write and direct that film, while Warrior’s Gavin O’Connor will take over Suicide Squad 2. In addition, Robbie is reuniting with Focus duo Glenn Ficarra and John Requa for another spinoff that centers on Harley’s relationship with Jared Leto’s Joker.
