Marilyn Manson‘s latest single ‘No Reflection’ recently made its exclusive premiere on Los Angeles rock radio station KROQ. Following the premiere, the tune is now all over Internet.

The track is classic Marilyn Manson. Heavy guitars, eerie sound effects, down-tempo atmosphere and of course, Manson’s haunting vocals. ‘No Reflection’ is a comfortable yet twisted track from the infamous “shock rocker.” The single will likely be well-received by fans but may not be experimental enough to act as the catalyst in changing the minds of his naysayers.

‘No Reflection’ is the first single from Manson’s upcoming album, ‘Born Villain,’ due in May. The iconic frontman recently gave an insightful analysis of ‘Born Villian’ in the latest edition of Revolver magazine. “It doesn’t really sound like any of my old records,”  Manson says. “In fact it sort of sounds like what I listened to before I made records — Killing Joke, Joy Division, Revolting Cocks, Bauhaus, Birthday Party … It’s very rhythm-driven.”

Marilyn Manson’s eighth studio album ‘Born Villain’ is set to be released on May 1. Unofficial radio bootlegs of the track ‘No Reflection’ are currently streaming on YouTube.

Update: An official soundcloud stream of the song has been released. Listen to ‘No Reflection’ below:
