After a recent road loss to the San Francisco Giants, Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Matt Kemp created a special moment for one Dodgers fan going through a 'tough battle'. During the game, a group of fans got the attention of Dodgers third-base coach Tim Wallach and asked if he could get Kemp to come over and greet the fan after the game. The two time All-Star went above and beyond by not only coming over to the fans shaking hands and saying hello, but he then autographed a ball, spontaneously took off his game worn hat, cleats and jersey and passed them over the fence as a special souvenir.
