RIP Oscar-nominated actor Michael Clarke Duncan.

A plethora of media sources are announcing the death after it was confirmed by his fiance Sept. 3. The giant of a man died of a heart attack. He had been having heart trouble for the past several months.

Most famous for his rolls in “The Green Mile” with Tom Hanks and as a blue collar patriot in “Armegeddon,” Michael Clarke Duncan was a regular in all kinds of super hero movies and as a voice in dozens and dozens of children’s shows.

Perhaps the most lovable giant of the big screen ever, we will miss your deep voice and charming grin. Our prayers go to your family.
