New Porter’s Real Barbecue Restaurant Opens in Richland

Porter's Real Barbecue is planning to open in the old Fire & Brimstone restaurant location. The Porter's have been busy with the building of the "The Temple of ’Cue," a kitchen big enough to smoke 3,000 pounds of meat at a time.

The Porter's have expanded from humble beginnings asa food truck that started in 2014 at John Dam Plaza, to a physical building on Parkway and business has been booming for them.

They are preparing for a splashy grand opening on the new digs this spring and are currently open at 705 The Parkway in Richland Monday to Thursday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
