Beginning February 3rd, The Crue will play four concerts a week for three weeks. In a new online posting, Motley Crue bassist Nikki Sixx writes: "We've been ironing out all the production details for the shows in Vegas at The Joint at the Hard Rock. This is the biggest production Motley Crue has ever done to date and everybody creatively is shooting for the moon. We can't wait to see the look on your faces when we unveil this monster to you guys in February. Just to clarify... It IS NOT just a rock show, it's an EXTRAVAGANZA. Can you guess what that might mean?
Exact details about the show — expected to supersede the band's high standard of production — are being kept under wraps for now to keep an element of surprise for fans. The engagement falls during a holiday-packed time in the calendar year: Super Bowl Sunday, Valentine's Day and President's Day.
