When you think of micro-brew towns, Portland is among the first ones you think of. With 68 micro-breweries in the city it's definitely a beer-tastic city! But which town has the most breweries per capita. Forbes reported that per 100,000 citizens Bend, OR has the most breweries per capita! Of course, they have less people, so that makes sense.

And even the OTHER Portland (in Maine) beat out the per capita ratio of breweries to people. The cool thing about the per capita ratio is that the beer is easier to get to since there are less people trying to get it. But for the sheer number of breweries (and hence, more selection) Portland really can't be beat. Apparently, we love our beer in the NW! (Duh) ;)
