Folks in Redmond, OR are sharing their thoughts and opinions after two parents lost their kids. The only factor made public was the IQ of the parents, which is about 70. The average person has an IQ around 100.

The DHS says parents can't lose their kids for that reason alone, but won't comment on any other reason.

But the parents have lost their kids twice in 4 years. The mom said their roommate at the time made a report of the father neglecting one of the kids because he "wasn't picking up on his cues."

The parents haven't been able to get their kids back, despite willingly taking classes to help them learn better parenting.
