Day 2 of the Orion Music + More Festival 2012 at Bader Field in Atlantic City, N.J., was nothing short of an explosive show and now we have the pictures to prove it.

Metallica tore up the Orion stage with a set that included a performance of their entire Black Album in reverse of the track list. Throughout the day, frontman James Hetfield and drummer Lars Ulrich also played MC while introducing some of their personal favorites such as Avenged SevenfoldVolbeat and Ghost.

It’s never too early to get the crap scared out of you. Ghost were the first band to perform on the Orion stage and they did not disappoint, as their eerie stage presence and overall talent mesmerized the crowd.

The Danish metalers of Volbeat also played an impressive set and got fans moving and singing earlier in the day on the same stage.

Over on the Frantic Stage comedic rockstar Jim Breuer had fans laughing and singing with his music infused comedy while on the Damage Stage, Landmine Marathon melted some faces. Check out our exclusive photos of Day 2 of the Orion Music + More festival below:
