The 1st week of fall was glorious and beautiful with sunshine temperatures in upper 70's to low 80's...that all changes today...Here's what you need to know!!

  • A cold front will swing through Washington and Oregon this afternoon and tonight and bring gusty westerly winds. Gusts of 25 to 45 mph or higher are possible.
  • With the prolonged dry conditions and open crop fields, areas of blowing dust this afternoon and evening are likely in the lower Columbia Basin and the foothills of the Blue Mountains. Expect reduced visibility, so allow extra time and slow down if traveling today
