North Carolina Deputy Resign’s After Shocking Road Rage Footage Surfaces [VIDEO]

A North Carolina police officer resigned today after a video surfaced online showing him driving his cruiser ridiculously and actually causing an accident.

In the video below, filmed and uploaded by Chad Walton, you will see Deputy Culpepper of Onslow County in North Carolina driving slowly in the left lane, holding up traffic along Highway 526 in South Carolina. Walton proceeds to pass using the right hand lane. Deputy Culpepper then speeds up, passes Walton on the right, changes lanes to get in front of Walton and barely misses another vehicle in the process. The deputy proceeds to slow down and brake checks, causing Walton to crash into the cruiser. Deputy Culpepper continues down the road as Walton pulls over to call 911. The officer who responded to the call cited the deputy for being at fault, but no ticket was issued.
