Red Fang's 'Whales and Leeches' album officially dropped in stores yesterday (Oct. 15), but if you want a listen to the disc before picking it up, the band is streaming the album over at Spin.

The energetic effort is guaranteed to have your foot stomping, as Bryan Giles, Aaron Beam, David Sullivan and John Sullivan have crafted a hook-filled gem of an album. The set features such standouts as 'Blood Like Cream,' the album opener 'Doen' and the epic groove-filled closer, 'Every Little Twist.'

Bassist/vocalist Aaron Beam recently told Noisecreep, "Obviously we have some kind of themes that we’re sticking with and we’re not really getting too experimental with this record, but I feel like we’re pushing it a little bit further even than ‘Murder the Mountains’ did."

The band partnered with producer Chris Funk and mixer Vance Powell to complete the disc, while Yob's Mike Scheidt and The Black Heart Procession's Pall Jenkins make guest appearances on the release. You can listen to the entire disc by clicking the red button below.

In other Red Fang news, the band just launched a new video game. The virtual beer shot-gunning challenge has gone live and if enough fans share the game, eventually the new song 'Behind the Light' will be unlocked. Check it out here.
