Richland Rocker Faces Fines or Jail Time Over Noise Ordinance

According to KEPR TV, a Richland man has been fined $338 and given two years probation for violating the city's recently revised  public nuisance noise ordinance.

Tim Thornton's band practice in his Richland home was the cause for the violation, which is now a misdemeanor. If you can be heard from more than 50 ft. away, you could be charged as well.
