Seattle Man Steals Police Car – Then Follows Traffic Laws in Chase [VIDEO]

Sometimes criminals just don't make any sense, and this is another example of that statement.

On May 11th, a man stole a police car in Seattle, which is stupid with all the events that have been happening with police shootings. After he got in, he decided to go for a little drive and police quickly found him and tried to pull him over.

Instead of driving away fast and trying to get away, the man followed most laws of the road including stopping for lights and driving the speed limit. When the man finally approached a police officer with their gun drawn, he just stops the car and surrendered.

If it were me, insanity would be my plea. What kind of sane person does that?
