Sunnyside Mayor Wants Vote on Marijuana Ban: ‘Sh*t or Get off the Pot’

By unanimous vote, the city of Sunnyside has finally banned pot, but not after an indecisive debate lasting two years.

Although the vote was unanimous, the vote on Monday night was not on the schedule.

Mayor Jim Restucci had an appropriate response to this issue, with the public having been 50/50 on the issue, with most of those in favor not actually living in the city.

“The citizens are tired of this issue. It’s time to shit or get off the pot."

Which is exactly what the city did.
