An 18-year-old Beaverton man, thought he was overdosing on mushrooms and got into a struggle with police inside City Hall. Jared Leone managed to grab one of the officer's side arms and fired a shot. Also, fueled by the drugs, Leone broke a pair of handcuffs and was completely unaffected by all seven stun gun attempts! The entire five minute ordeal was captured on surveillance cameras.
