The Last Of The Navajo Code Talkers Dies At Age 90 — You Will Be Missed
Let me lead off by saying that we should all be speaking the Navajo or Yakama languages. Since they are native to America -- this great nation we live in -- it seems only right. I want to learn how to speak all of them before I die.
But at any rate, a true hero has passed away in Arizona. He and his Navajo language saved us and this country during World War II!
The code talkers used the Navajo language to confuse the enemy since they did not speak that language. It worked successfully and helped us win the war!
God rest you, Alfred James Peach! You will be missed.
