Has it really been 20 years since The Offspring's 'Smash' hit stores? To mark today's 20th anniversary of The Offspring's 'Smash' album, the band has announced a variety of special 20th anniversary edition releases and revealed plans to revisit the album in full on select dates this year.

There is a 'Smash 20th Anniversary Edition' CD/Vinyl option that includes the original LP version newly remastered on 180-gram vinyl, the original CD version remastered, restyled album package artwork, a large format 24-page booklet featuring never before seen archive photos from Lisa Johnson and first hand recollections from the band and others telling the story of the historic record.

Those wanting even more can purchase the 'Smash 20th Anniversary Edition CD/Vinyl With Collector's Box' set. This includes the CD/Vinyl package, plus a custom wooden box, a 12" X 12" limited edition commemorative art print with certificate of authenticity, a genuine black and white photo print of a live vintage 'Smash'-era concert from photographer Lisa Johnson, a replica contact sheet of photos from a never-before-seen photo shoot, a 20th anniversary pin and patch, a replica of the 'Smash' tour all-access pass, a 20th anniversary guitar pick.

Plus, the first 250 people to order the box set, will get an art print on fine art linen canvas, numbered and signed by the artist and band. All orders placed in the first 24 hours will also receive a special hand-stamped first day of release card. For both packages, visit the band's webstore to pre-order.

The 'Smash' album, released April 8, 1994, was a huge one for the band as it became the biggest selling indie release of all-time. The disc featured the singles 'Come Out and Play (Keep 'Em Separated),' 'Self Esteem' and 'Bad Habit.' And to celebrate that accomplishment, the Offspring have also made plans to revisit the album in full on select shows this year. The first performance will come at the Groezrock Festival in Belgium on May 3, with the first U.S. date being the Pacific Amphitheatre in Costa Mesa, Calif. on July 11.
