The Pet Pig Problem Puzzles Pasco People

In Pasco, pigs are considered livestock, and cannot be kept (legally) as pets. There is a movement to change the Pasco city ordinance to change the municipal code that classifies  pigs as livestock to pets! In Richland and Kennewick you can have a pet pig, as long as they are licensed and get spayed/neutered.

What do you think, should Pasco follow suit?
