Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Ensure that all internal and external customers and co-workers receive outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining the highest standards, exhibiting solid product knowledge and all other components of a 'Customer is Number 1" environment. 2. Evacuate all residual form cylinders prior to re-qualification. 3. Re-Qualify Acetylene, Ammonia, Propane and other low pressure cylinders. 4. Follow all DOT & CGA requirements for re-qualification of cylinders. 5. Coordinate schedules with blast, paint and plant personnel. 6. Keep inventory of all essential parts needed for cylinder rehabilitation. 7. Perform preventive maintenance on all associated equipment used for re-qualification and rehabilitation. 8. Report monthly cylinder totals on approved tracking forms. 9. Maintain a safe and clean work area. 10. Attend Monthly Safety Meetings. Work according to established safety procedures and promote safety with co-workers. Inform supervisors of potential safety hazards. 11. Commit to high performance through outstanding attendance and overall dependable work habits. 12. Adhere to company policies and procedures as well as local, state and federal regulations and laws. 13. Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements: Able to operate a forklift (training available).
May frequently be required to lift up to 70 pounds. Occasionally lift 80 pounds with assistance or lifting device.

Caregiver for Adult Family Home 48hr/weekend shift (Richland)
Full time 48hr/ weekend shift. Sat and Sun 24 hrs and one floating 8hr shift per week. You are paid for 16 hrs for every 24 hr shift. You have 8 hrs to sleep but you are still on duty for emergencies. If a client keeps you up and working for more than an hr during the night you are paid for that time. CNA or HCA required. Also Mental Health, Dementia and DDD specialty certificates.
A criminal background check including a fingerprint check will be performed. 2 step TB test required.
WA State certificates required: CNA or Home Care Aide. If you can prove you worked in long term care between Jan. 1, 2011 and Jan. 6, 2012, you are exempt from HCA and can qualify with an NAR. (With NAR only you need these certificates :) Safety, Orientation, Fundamentals of caregiving, (either revised or modified), Nurse Delegation, Nurse Delegation for Diabetics, Food Handlers (current), First Aid (current), CPR Certificate (current), HIV/AIDS 7 hrs.
If you have none of these certificates, you may still qualify IF you are willing to get your HCA at your own expense within 200 days of hire. (You may borrow money from your current paycheck to pay for your training in payments if desired.)
Needed at this time is caregiver for full time. These shifts are Fri morning shift and 24 hrs on Sat and Sun. You will also be asked to cover other shifts as the need arises.
PLEASE READ ALL CERTIFICATES NEEDED AND JOB DUTIES BEFORE CALLING ABOUT POSITION.
Duties include the following but are not limited to them as others may be added: 1. All cooking, cleaning, laundry, charting, and caregiving for 6 handicapped or elderly adults. 2. You will be responsible to pass out prescription medications to residents. You will need to keep a log of all medications dispensed and possibly to order refills as needed. 3. Any incidents involving any resident must be documented on their charts and on the incident and accident log, personal care is to be charted, and journals completed each shift. 4. Residents are to be assisted with any personal care as needed. These will include toileting, showers, changing diapers, and hygiene, etc. 5. If there is a mealtime during your shift, you will cook the meal for from 4 to possibly 15 people. You will be responsible for all clean-up after meals for all who eat the meal including any guests. 6. You will be responsible for all laundry for all residents if there is some that needs to be done on your shift. 7. You may need to sweep or shovel snow on front walkway and driveway. Back porch/patio may need to be organized and cleaned. Be observant of these needs and any other cleaning or organizing that may need to be done. 8. You will need to organize pantry and/or residents closets; 9. to do some filing of residents records. 10. You will be responsible to clean main floor including sweeping, mopping, clear cobwebs, clean bathrooms, & making sure everything is in order. 11. You will need to be sure all pets are cared for; some residents may care for some of them under your observation. 12. You will need to be nurse-delegated for delegable tasks and perform these tasks as situations call for. 13. There possibly could be other things you will be asked to do that are not anticipated at this time. These can be discussed as to whether they will fit into your ability or time schedule.
