Tom Brady Deflate Suspension Reinstated by Court Today
The football gods have spoken and Tom Brady's 4 game suspension for deflate-gate has been reinstated this morning according to news reports. Brady will have to serve the four game suspension he received from the NFL commissioner last season but never served because it was thrown out in court. Now, a 3 judge panel for Federal Appeals Court have heard all the arguments from both sides and feel that the Commissioner acted within his rights and overturned the ruling in September.
Last September a judge had ruled that Brady had been treated unfairly and removed Brady's 4 game suspension from last season. He stated he was not aware that his actions could cause a 4 game suspension. Brady refused to give up his cell phone and even destroyed it before they could take it back.
