Three people arrested for selling drugs out of a bus in Outlook near Prosser have been convicted or awaiting trial soon. Jerry Allen Smith (44), Leiha Michelle Zimmer (37), and Kim Dale Cornwell (51) all were arrested after police served a search warrant for the trio selling drugs according to news reports. Police say Smith sold drugs on two consecutive days, the second day to an undercover agent and then police got a search warrant for bothof Smith's properties. Police found rifles, methamphetamine, heroin, digital scales and a stolen 1998 Honda Civic after their search. Smith, Zimmer, and Dale were also living in the bus with a semi-automatic pistol and a loaded .357 revolver. There was also a no contact order between Zimmer and Smith which they have violated multiple times.

Jerry Allen Smith was convicted and sentenced as part of a June 13 plea agreement and pleaded guilty of possessing a controlled substance, heroin, with the intent to deliver. Zimmer started her trial on June 27th and Cornwell had his trial delayed to July 25th.
