It's gonna be HOT! The next few days we will see triple-digit highs in the daytime. When it gets this hot, safety is always extremely important! If you work outside make sure to wear light fabrics when possible, take breaks, and drink plenty of water! Even if you don't work outside, you can still suffer heat stroke. Take the same precautions, and don't forget the sunscreen.

Make sure your pets, kids, and elderly relatives and neighbors are all taken care of as well. Kids won't always tell you when they need water, and pets should have shade, water, or come in to air-conditioned areas when it gets too hot. Elderly people are at a higher risk for heat stroke, so check on them as well. We love summer, but with super-high temperatures we have to make sure to be safe while enjoying the sun and heat!
