Dee Snider and Flavor Flav Will Trade Spouses on ‘Celebrity Wife Swap’

It was only a matter of time before ABC developed a ‘Wife Swap’ spin-off starring the famous (or formerly famous, depending on one’s perspective).

Well, the network has such a reality series in the works: the upcoming ‘Celebrity Wife Swap.’ And in one episode, two TV reality-show veterans — Twisted Sister singer Dee Snider and Public Enemy rapper Flavor Flav — will be the ones exchanging spouses.

Snider, who starred in A&E’s ‘Growing Up Twisted,’ will hand over wife Suzette to Flav, the man at the center of VH1′s ‘Flavor of Love,’ through which he met current wife, Liz.

In addition to reality TV experience, Snider and Flav have something else in common: both are booked for festival appearances this month. Snider and his Twisted Sister band mates will perform with Fuel, Godsmack and other hard-hitting bands Aug. 27 as part of the two-day Rock Jam in Grand Junction, Colo.

As for Flav, on Aug. 14 he’ll serve as the host on the final day of the rap-themed Gathering of the Juggalos festival in Cave-in-Rock, Ill.
