According to the Clark County District Attorney's Office, Motley Crue vocalist Vince Neil will enter a plea of not guilty on January, 26th and will be sentenced to 15 days in jail followed by 15 days of house arrest. In June, Neil was pulled over by the Las Vegas Police Dept. going 60mph in 45mph zone and had a BAC (blood alcohol level) nearly 3 times the legal limit.

This is not the first alcohol offense on Neil's rap sheet. In late 1984 he was involved in a crash that killed Hanoi Rocks drummer Nicholas Dingley and injured two others. Since that crash, Neil has actually made money off a handful of alcohol related business adventures.

Do you think Neil got off too easy and should he be made an example of because of his previous behavior?
