The man awaiting trial for the fatal shooting of five people last September in the Cascade Mall in Bremerton, WA has apparently taken his own life.

According to the FOX TV affiliate in Seattle, Q-13, Arcan Cetin was found dead in his cell during the night in his jail cell in the Snohomish County Jail. Officials believe he hanged himself around 9pm Sunday night.

Cetin, a 20-year-old immigrant who's legal status has been in question, was found hanging in his cell.

Last September 23rd, he entered the Cascade Mall in Bremerton, and fatally shot five people then escaped. He was eventually hunted down and captured in his apartment in Oak Harbor, WA.

A relative of his said Cetin suffered from mental problems. Some Skagit County prosecuting attorney's office officials say while some feel vindicated by this, families of the victims and others may now feel 'cheated' because the judicial process will not get to bring him proper justice for his crimes.
