Earlier this week, White House press secretary Sean Spicer said he expects to see "greater enforcement" of federal marijuana laws. Obviously, this is noteworthy to Washington, where it's legal under state law.

Spicer stressed that the administration had different positions concerning medical use. Spicer says the President "understands the pain and suffering that many people go through who are facing especially terminal diseases, and the comfort that some of these drugs, including medical marijuana, can bring to them."

As far as recreational use, that's different. Do you think that Washington will see a great affect if there's "greater enforcement" of federal law?
