Would You Rather Work a 4-Day Week or Come-And-Go-As-You-Please? [POLL]

When I first had my child, my bosses were all pretty amazing. They let me take care of my daughter and still get my job done. It worked. That was then. Some bosses that I have had over the last ten years wouldn't have allowed the same thing. Luckily my child is 28, so I work a lot now anyways. Most of my bosses in the last 10 years have been worried about whether their stapler was in the right spot or not. Pretty petty, but pretty true. I don't buy the whole "I'm OCD" thing anymore. HA! If your boss's bosses were given a choice on how you work or how many days you work, what would they say? Or, if you were given the choice on how you work and what days you work what would you say?

Personally, I would rather work 4 days solid and then have 3 full days off!
