Breaking News United Airlines Jet Slides Off Runway In Spokane

Just getting reports of a United Airlines Jet taking off from Spokane International Airport has slid off the runway and hit a snow bank.

The airport is now closed due to the icy conditions from KHQ news

The closure comes after United Flight 812 at the Spokane International Airport slid off the runway Tuesday morning around 6am. The plane was scheduled to depart for Denver but slid off the runway due to icy conditions and hit a snowbank.

A passenger on the plane tells us that everyone on the plane is safe and that they are evacuating. As soon as we get more information we will update this story.
