City of Hermiston Apologizes for Robo Call Mistake

Maybe it was that new guy who didn't really know how to operate the Robo Call machine. Maybe it an accidental button push...who knows. But Hermiston residents got automated phone calls last Saturday night and the City of Hermiston wants you to know that disrupting your Netflix binge watch or whatever, was not their intention at all.
